When developing my personal code of ethics, it was important to evaluate the morals and values that I live by throughout my school work, professional work environment and within my personal relationships with my family and friends. Through stronger development and thought, these six values ring true in my personal and professional life.
Loyalty |
Hard-Work |
Authenticity |
Loyalty is a strong feeling of support and allegiance. I have always prided myself in maintaining positive and healthy relationships with my family and friends. Loyalty strengthens these relationships.
|
Hard-work is the continuation of putting your passions and experiences to practice for the betterment of your company or organization. Putting your best foot forward when completing tasks is important to keeping a professional reputation.
|
"Be the best you that you can be." A quote my mother would tell me every morning before school growing up. Being you and doing it on purpose is the number one way to be happy and true.
|
Accountability |
Team-Work |
Creativity |
Holding myself and others accountable is how an efficient team works. We each have our own individual duties and responsibilities that we rely on one another for. It is important for me to be accountable in regards to time, content management and collaborative projects.
|
No matter where you work, you will always work in a team. Being able to adapt to those around me to create positive working spaces is important to me. Whether you're collaborating on a project, story or working an event together, it is always important to be respectful of those around you.
|
Creativity is at the forefront of my career in Public Relations, whether that is content creating for social media or producing press releases. It is important to stay involved in on-going trends, so you're media can progress with the world around you.
